Today we are lifting up all Mums. We recognise that for some of us, Mother’s Day is a really happy day! But for others, Mother’s Day can be a hard day, even a sad day.
We acknowledge the tension or sadness that might surround Mother’s Day for some, while encouraging us to say ‘Thank You’ to the many women in our lives who have nurtured, cared for and loved us.
Whatever those ‘mothers’ have looked like, we are so grateful to them.
