Painting in Acrylic – Varndean College

A 7 week course starting Wednesday 25th April

Focus on the colourful versatile medium of acrylic. In a relaxed environment, you will be shown how to use different brushes, create texture, blend, mark make, glaze and use modern or traditional techniques. Aspects included will be observation skills, expression, colour mixing, composition, tonal values and tips to enable you to confidently create lively acrylic paintings from portraiture to landscapes. Suitable for absolute beginners and those who wish to advance their skills.  You will need to bring your own art equipment; please inquire when booking.
