DESCRIPTION:We have decided to take a break this Monday between Christmas and New Year\, but look forward to seeing you at our first Taize service in 2020\, on Monday 6th January. \nHappy New Year! \n  \nTaize is a monastery in France existing since the 1940s with brothers from Catholic and Protestant traditions\, and some small communities of brothers living amongst the poor in Brazil\, Bangladesh\, Korea\, Senegal\, and Kenya. Their style of worship is contemplative always with a time of silence\, and the beauty of simple four part harmony chants repeated many times. We follow this pattern on Mondays sharing songs\, silence\, readings\, prayers and communion with each other every week. If you want to try something mediational and reflective then do come along!
