SUMMARY:Sunday Morning Meeting
DESCRIPTION:This Sunday 13th March we are having an extended time of worship and prayer\, starting at 10am\, with Robbie and Sue leading and refreshments served in the café after the meeting. \nSunday worship – Psalm 95: 1-7 \nCome\, let us sing to the Lord!\nLet us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation.\nLet us come to him with thanksgiving.\nLet us sing psalms of praise to him.\nFor the Lord is a great God\,\na great King above all gods.\nHe holds in his hands the depths of the earth\nand the mightiest mountains.\nThe sea belongs to him\, for he made it.\nHis hands formed the dry land\, too. \nCome\, let us worship and bow down.\nLet us kneel before the Lord our maker\,\nfor he is our God.\nWe are the people he watches over\,\nthe flock under his care. \nIf only you would listen to his voice today! \n \nPlease be aware of Covid safety as we gather altogether\, and continue to be safe around one another. We are mindful that there are those who are more vulnerable or concerned and we must be considerate of everyone.  \nMasks are optional but recommended when moving around. Seating in the auditorium continues to offer the opportunity for spacing\, and there are cards you can put on the seat if you don’t want anyone next to you.   \nPlease lateral flow test before gathering\, especially if you have any cold symptoms. \nMany thanks for your understanding. \n……………………………………………………… \nOn the second Sunday of each month we meet together in person at Brighthelm Community Centre on North Road at 10am\,  followed by tea and coffee in the cafe.  If the weather is good\, we may be outside in the gated garden area at Brighthelm\, though most weeks you can find us in the Auditorium on the ground floor. \nOur meetings have a relaxed feel with a time of worship\, prayer\, and teaching\, and currently last around 1 hour. \nWe are now in Step 4 of government guidelines for Covid-19\, therefore we do not require you to sign up to attend our regular meetings – you are welcome to just turn up on Sundays.  We recommend wearing masks indoors\, as you move through the Brighthelm building and to be mindful of social distancing.  Please consider doing a lateral flow test before attending\, as we will be singing in corporate worship. \nPlease stay at home if you are showing signs of high temperature\, persistent cough\, loss of smell or taste. \n  \nIf technology allows\, we will be streaming live on YouTube.  Please click on the link below to follow us this weekend and join in remotely\, if you can’t make it in person! \nOur City Gate Church YouTube channel to subscribe to is: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxEL2Gu4RQdEge764LUiwvg \n  \nWe look forward to having you join us!
